Pleasure Pool And Spa, Inc opened its showroom in December of 1991. We Began selling spas in February of 1992. We planned that spas would be a major part of our business and so we put it in our name. At that time there were four other dealers in Springfield. Pleasure Pool And Spa in its first year of selling spas became Springfield's largest spa dealer ; and have since,year after year, been Springfield's largest spa dealer. We have accomplished this by handling quality products, being honest with our customers, and servicing our customers after the purchase.Pleasure Pool And Spa is not in the spa business just to make a fast buck and depart as many spa resellers have in the past. We service what we sell, and our showroom doors are open seven days a week, all year round.(Excluding holidays) Why should any of this matter to me? You might ask. We believe it is just as important WHO you purchase your spa from as to WHAT brand of spa you buy. Spas are portable and self-contained but they are not like a car you can drive into a repair shop when it does not work right. There are no "Spa-Zones" like "Auto-Zones" that carry spa parts for all different manufactures in the aftermarket. Most spa manufactures change so many parts year to year that even their service personnel have to physically see the part to know for sure what part it may be. If you need service down the road, you will need a dealer who can ans will take care of your spa. Even nicer is a dealer you can trust, feel comfortable with, and one that will help you with maintenance and water chemistry questions. We both have owned spas since 1992, and know how they work, why sometimes they don't, and know water chemistry and spa maintenance first hand.
